Standard IGBT Power Modul

In this application copper terminals are welded to DBC substrate. The terminals are mounted in a rigid plastic frame and are welded to the feet. Such modules are available in different versions, all of which can be easily welded. In the picture gallery you can find some examples.

Features:

• Size of the copper terminals in the range 1 mm x 1 mm to 5 mm x 5 mm
• DBC or other substrates (bare copper, nickel-plated, silver-plated or gold-plated)
