Standard IGBT Power Module

In this application copper terminals are welded to DBC substrate. The terminals are mounted in a rigid plastic frame and are welded to the feet. Such modules are available in different versions, all of which can be easily welded. 

Features:

• size of the copper terminals in the range 1 mm x 1 mm to 5 mm x 5 mm
• DBC or other substrates (bare copper, nickel-plated, silver-plated or gold-plated)
